Ingredients 1 serving quick-cooking or old-fashioned rolled oats 1/4 cup grated extra-sharp Cheddar 1/4 teaspoon paprika kosher salt and black pepper 1 scallion, chopped Directions Prepare the oats according to the package directions. Stir in the Cheddar and paprika; season with ⅛ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Top with the scallions.
